The space is divided up into several areas:
- The main Store area is 22 ft x 50 ft (1100 square feet) and includes a full Kitchen.
- The old Post Office is 15 ft x 17 ft (225 square feet) and has an attached Restroom. This space is currently occupied by a permanent retail tenant and isn't available to rent.
- The semi-private Parlor Room is 22 ft x 15 ft (330 square feet) and is adjacent to the Restroom and Renter's Closet. TV and comfortable seating is provided.
- A large 20 ft x 46 ft (920 square ft) covered patio can act as covered parking, or an outdoor gathering area.

50 white wooden folding chairs are available for rent for $100. Please ask for more information.

VENUE RENTAL RATES
We offer two packages to best suit your needs:
Gathering
$400
A half-day event with minimal set-up and tear-down time.
- 6 hours of event space use.
Celebration
$900
A major event that requires considerable set-up time, involves professional services like catering and photography, and requires additional time for tear-down.
- A full day of event space use.
- overnight use and next-day checkouts are possible by request.
A non-refundable 50% booking deposit is required to reserve the space. A refundable $250 damage/cleaning deposit plus the balance of the rental is due prior to check-in.
